France – Lance-Roquettes Anti-Char 89mm Anti-Tank Rocket Launcher

The Lance-Roquettes Anti-Char 89mm Anti-Tank Rocket Launcher (ACL89) was developed in France and is designed  to give infantry a lightweight weapon to engage vehicles and infantry.

The ACL89 is made up of a lightweight, collapsible launch tube.  The Lance-Roquettes Anti-Char 89mm Anti-Tank Rocket Launcher can fire anti-personnel  projectiles as well as a HEAT projectile that can engage an MBT at a distance of  up to 546.8yards (500m) and pierce 19.7inches (500mm) of steel  armor.

When collapsed, the Lance-Roquettes Anti-Char 89mm Rocket Launcher is 46 inches (1168mm) long.

Its  firing length is 63 inches (1,600mm), and its firing weight  is 19.95 pounds (9.05kg).
